day 2

 hay this is the second day of writing a day in my life i woke up at 05.00 take a proper bath with cold water (i am so proud with myself) then looking at my phone until 06.00 then makeup and go to work at 06.30 then arrived at 6.59 then eat my breakfast bread and water. Work and teach my training until 13.30 then have some lunch then go home at 08.30 arrived at home don't know the exact time then eat then take a bath then look at my phone then fall asleep. 

What goals do I achieve And greatful for:

1. Wake up and arrived to work on time

2. Having no problem with reversal

3. Take a bath before sleep

What i need to improve:

1. Drink more water 3 refill / 1 liter per day

2. Before give to mba yenny check my signature 

3. Dont look at social media too much today my screen time is 4 hours
